Days 118, 119 and 120, November 1st, 2nd and 3rd, Grand Canyon to Los Angeles
Well these past three days have pretty much been about driving, driving and more driving with a little bit of desert thrown in! Basically we've done the hard yards to get to LA in time to drop the van off tomorrow.

The highlight of the three days was our camping spot last night in the Mohave Desert. We went off route about 20 miles to a place called Rainbow Canyon which had a BLM campsite for our resting pleasure. Aside from some stunning desert vistas, it was blowing a hurah of a gale so we also witnessed sand storms, tumbleweeds and trucks blowing across freeways. All very exciting!
Almost no photos though as the wind was so cold neither of us was keen to leave the shelter of the van to explore very far! Anyways, we've made it to LA, the van goes back in the morning and we are back on the bikes heading south after that.
We had originally planned to head up into the hills before turning south but the forecast is not looking good for Monday onwards so we will go south first. An easy day planned for tomorrow!
