Day 20, July 26th, Christina Lake to Farron stealth camp, 38km, 740m climb
An early start again to avoid the heat. Our plan was to ride until lunchtime, find shade and a swimming hole and ride the rest in the cool of the evening. It worked!

We climbed steadily all morning in the shade, climbing 600m over 29km. At lunchtime we found a gorgeous picnic area with shade, a table and a swimming hole. We spread the ground sheet out and chilled out for the afternoon.

At 5pm we cooked dinner then got back on the bikes for a further 10km to finish off the climb. We are now stealth camping at an old train station with a brand new shelter and, interestingly, a brand new flag pole sporting a Canadian flag.
Tomorrow we complete the final leg on the rail trail.
